Top 5 Facemasks

Hello hello hello!
Today I’m collaborating once again with my girls Jasmin and Brooke and we are bringing you our top 5 favorite face masks! This idea was sparked when we were just chatting about fun skincare products and we realized we all have a love for facemasks! I actually don’t even know what their choices are- so make sure you check out the links to their blog posts down below to see their choices. What’s awesome is we all have different skin types, skin tones, skin issues and goals for our skin. So I’m hoping we will be bringing you plenty of options!!

So my skin type is very very dryyyyyy. like sahara desert dry. lol. So when I find a mask that said moisturizing i’m like yup you’re coming with me! I also feel like my next two biggest issues are the freaking craters I like to call pores on my cheeks, and black heads particularly on my chin. So I am attracted to blackheads and pore minimizing masks. I also used to LOATHE sheet masks. Until I found these two that are just. absolute Magic.

LEFT TO RIGHT
1. Ole Henriksen Cold Plunge Pore mask- Brooke actually told me about this and said I’d love it. And oh em gee was she right! It comes out in a bright gorgeous blue and has this intense cooling sensation. A little goes a long way which is nice because uh that’s expensive! I put it only on my chin and on my cheeks. I truly felt like it left my skin feeling more smooth!

2.Neutrogena Hydraboost Sheet Mask- I had mentioned I have super super dry skin. I have raved and raved about the neutrogena water gel face lotion and this stuff is just as amazing. It’s a two piece sheet mask that actually has a ton of juice and the sheets stick to your face. I like to take the extra juice sitting in the packet and rub it on my neck as well!

3. Natural Republic Real Squeeze Aloe Vera peel off mask- Two words. Aloe. Vera. if you’re having skin issues with texture, little pimples, bumps whatever - Aloe Vera. I will lather this all over my face at night 3 nights a wee if my skin is just being a little brat. Love. Not the best smell…but great stuff.

4. Babelash Brightening Under eye Gel patches- BABELASH ALLLLL DA WAYYY. I use these all the frigging time. if you’ve come here from instagram then you will know. I have been working with babelash for about 2 years now and this is one of the best products they have (aside from the lash serum) I don’t leave this one on as long- maybe 10 min max and I like to do it right before makeup or late at night before bed. It’s incredibly soothing, smoothing and actually stays on your face which is like one of the best perks. I like it because it’s very moisturizing and makes your concealer go one phenomenally! 5. Shea Moisture African Black Soap Clarifying Mud Mask- when my skin was going thru it. like i mean I was considering getting bangs because the texture on my forehead was so embarrassing this mask saved the day and now I swear by it. I had featured it in a past blog post (here) and I use it sometimes every single day. It draws out all the impurities and actually leaves my skin feeling soft and not tight and dry like a lot of mud masks will do.
